Oatmeal/Fruit and Nut Shake
- 12-16 oz. milk, almond milk, or water (may add more or less for desired consistency)
- 1 scoop NatraTech Super Food!™
- ½ cup oatmeal (can be raw or cooked)
- ½ cup frozen fruit
- ¼ cup nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
Add ice (if desired) and blend
