3 Healthy Foods That Satisfy

1. Chia Seeds

Tiny but powerful, chia seeds are high in fiber and absorb water to form a gel, which expands in your stomach. This helps you to feel full longer.
They are also rich in protein. The combination of fiber and protein can reduce appetite and blood sugar levels. This can be a great addition to your weight loss program.
Add one ounce of chia seeds to your smoothie. It works best when you let the seeds soak in liquid for about 30 minutes.

2. Oatmeal
